Rod Loges is the founder and CEO of One Degree Financial, a fractional CFO advisory firm built for tech and defense founders.

Rod started his career in the Army National Guard, where he went from enlisted soldier to commissioned officer. After earning his BA in Political Science from Miami University, he spent two decades in tech. He served as VP at Rackspace Managed Hosting, focusing on complex hosting solutions, then founded two companies, NetStrategies and goHOST. In 1999, he was part of a tech company that sold.

But along the way, he kept running into the same problem. Founders couldn't get straight answers about their own money. Financial reports were confusing. Financing was opaque. And most accountants and advisors weren't built to work with fast-moving tech companies.

So Rod built One Degree Financial to fix that. ODF gives SaaS companies, GovCon businesses, and defense tech founders the financial clarity they need to grow, make better decisions, and eventually exit on their terms. Services include fractional CFO advisory, accounting, business valuations, and strategic financial planning.

Rod is a Miami University graduate, Phi Kappa Tau member, and Army National Guard veteran. He lives in Northern Virginia.
