Make It Stick

Here's the challenge... Most ideas we read about in books, blogs, articles and the like don't stick. We can be moved by what we read but rarely are we moved to lasting action. For example: How many articles have you read about the importance of getting up early to exercise? Do you actually do it?

Discovering new ideas by Googling them or reading a blog or book are great, but to make something stick you must act. The trick is knowing what to act on and what to ignore.
